Our Returns Promise

We’re a small Australian business based on the Mid North Coast, NSW, and we genuinely care about your experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right — kindly, quickly, and with as little hassle as possible. You can reach us 7 days a week at info@delinum.com.au — we’re always happy to help.


If Something Arrives Faulty or Damaged

Oh no — we’re so sorry if your order didn’t arrive as expected! Please email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a few photos if possible. We’ll reply promptly and arrange a replacement, refund, or credit, whichever suits you best.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 1–3 business days once received.

Change of Mind or Not What You Expected?

We understand — sometimes a colour or texture looks a little different in person, or plans change. If your order isn’t quite right, just let us know within 14 days of receiving it.

  • We’ll help you with an easy return or exchange — no questions asked.
  • Please ensure items are as new, uncut, unwashed, and with all tags or packaging intact.
  • While we make every effort to ensure our product photos are accurate, please note that colours may appear slightly different on-screen due to monitor settings, lighting, and natural variations in linen.

Want to choose something else? We’re happy to offer a full store credit or full refund towards your next order once the return is received. We’ll process it straight away so you can reorder your preferred fabric or product without delay.


Clearance & Sale Items

All clearance and sale items are final sale, unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If something’s wrong, please reach out — we’ll fix it quickly.


International Orders

We happily ship worldwide. For returns from outside Australia, customers are responsible for return postage, and these costs cannot be refunded.


Your Rights

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you’re entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund — and we’ll make that process fair and simple.
