Fresh and clean, are the two words that come to mind when describing this fabric. The pale blue and white vertical stripes are softened with a white weft thread (running selvedge to selvedge) softening the stripes and giving a slightly worn feel to the fabric. 

We can see this as the perfect oversized shirt for Summer beach days or a cute as a button dress for your next garden party. It will work well for everything from tops to dresses and lightweight, loose pants and shorts but may require lining due to it’s pale colour.

I made the Vernon shirt from Cashmerette patterns, with this fabric and the shirt has turned out beautiful (even if I may have to say for myself...). The fabric was a simple joy to sew, it frayed very little, ironed beautifully and overall a beautiful end result that is my lovely shirt
